Tourte Violin Mute

The Tourte violin mute fits on the bridge when required and can be slid down the strings next to the tailpiece when not being used.

Although you will hear a difference in sound, the effect of this mute is still fairly light. 

These mutes are also available for smaller sizes of violin

Fitting of this mute is straight forward and can be done without removing or slackening strings. Because this product is made of a flexible material, it will fit nearly all bridge thicknesses.
