How to order from us
Ording is simple! Just call 023 9266 1010 and tell us what you want.
Lines are open 9.30 - 17.30 Monday to Saturday and 10.00 - 16.00 Wednesday.

If you are calling from outside the United Kingdom you will need to dial 0044 23 9266 1010.

Payment methods
You may order over the phone with your credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Electron, etc.

If you would rather not pay by card, we can accept:

Payment by cheque
With cheque payments goods will be shipped after funds have cleared (usually 5 working days).

Bank transfer
Funds may be transferred directly from your bank account to our bank account. Please call us for our account details. You can take these to your local bank or building society who can process the transfer (please note some banks may charge for this service).

Delivery of your items
Currently, we use ParcelForce 48 (48 hours from dispatch) weekdays only for our UK deliveries.

UK deliveries cost only £11 (Instruments of higher value may incur a surcharge of £3 per £500 in value to cover insurance during shipping).

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, please specify this and we will obtain the most competitive delivery costs for you.
