The Buffet E13 is manufactured in the Paris factory from selected grenadilla wood. Although Buffet have classed this Clarinet as a intermediate instrument, many serious players including teachers enjoy the professional feel and quality of sound.

Developed in 1955 under the guidance of Robert Carrée, the R13 clarinet quickly became the legendary choice of professional musicians.

Features:

High quality stained Grenadilla wood is both stable and durable and creates the best sound quality
Hand burnished bore improves intonation and centers tone
Power forged keywork and posts are preplated in copper and finished in silver plate. This gives a high quality long lasting finish
The thumb rest is silver plated and adjustable for optimum comfort
The tone holes are undercut to improve tone and ease of response

Buffet R13 Greenline Clarinet Ref: CLAR014

Green Line is the result of blending 95% of ebony powder with carbon fibres, offering the same acoustic qualities as ebony.
It can withstand variations in temperature and humidity with no risk of cracking, making it suitable for outdoor use such as marching bands.
Specifications are otherwise the same as the standard R13 model.
